Brittany Higgins's lawyer has told a court Senator Linda
Reynolds did not always believe her former staffer had been raped and even
attempted to "smear" her to cast doubt on her credibility.
The claims were made by Rachael Young SC in a blistering
final submission to the defamation trial between her client and Senator
Reynolds.
