Toowoomba's floods have been described as a tsunami - a wall of water out of nowhere and no one saw it coming. Eight people are confirmed dead and there are at least 70 still missing. There are so many people waiting on rooftops to be rescued, there are not enough helicopters to fill the need and the Army are now involved.
The video shows the terror of being taken by surprise and how brave souls risk their lives to help. And it's still raining and there's more to come.
